Just Ask provides:

· On-site computer support and troubleshooting services - for small businesses and individuals

· Network server installations (Windows Small Business Server)

· Help evaluating, purchasing and installing computers and peripherals

· Microsoft Access application development and database consulting.

Just Ask was founded in 1995 to provide long-term computer support for small and home-based businesses. Most small businesses find it cost prohibitive to hire a full time IT person so the employee with the most computer experience becomes the “office computer guru”. This may work for a while but this person soon finds he/she is spending so much time messing with computer problems that he doesn’t have time for his “real” job. That’s where Just Ask comes in - I take over those computer related chores freeing the former office gurus to do what they were hired to do.

I can do as much or little as you like. At one end of the spectrum: One of my clients has another computer support person they’ve been working with for years so I just do Access development for them. The more common scenario: I provide all computer related services - recommend and purchase equipment (I don’t mark it up - just get reimbursed from my clients at the price I paid), install and configure it and then provide on-going support including telephone help.
